What we store

Your account email and a hashed password; your business profile and price list; quotes you create, including customer names, contact details, job addresses, descriptions and photos you upload; and quote status events (sent, viewed, accepted, declined).

How it is used

Only to run the service: showing your quotes to you, generating quote documents, and showing a quote to the customer you send its private link to. If you use AI line items, the job description, photos and your price list are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce draft line items.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. A quote's public link is unguessable; anyone you give it to can view that quote — treat it like the quote itself.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Contact us to delete your account and its data.
