QuoteFast is a tool that helps tradespeople create and share price quotes. By using QuoteFast you agree to these terms.

Your quotes are your responsibility

Quotes you create — including prices, line items suggested by AI, and totals — are offers from your business to your customers. Always review a quote before sending it. QuoteFast is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of your business information and price list.

Plans and trials

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. Paid plans (Solo $15/month, Crew $29/month) are billed monthly through our payment provider and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuoteFast for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
